We’ll also look at any issues that your system might be experiencing, like over-voltage, export limiting, or wifi disconnection.

Many solar system faults and issues tend to occur within the first three months after installation.

Our monitoring program is designed to detect these issues promptly, allowing us to take swift action to resolve them before they impact your solar production significantly.

How It Works

1. Monitoring: We regularly check your system and assess its production levels.

2. Alerts: If any deviations or issues are detected, we notify you.

3. Action: If its an issue that can be resolved form your end, we will either resolve it remotely, or arrange a technician to visit.

4. Handover: After three months have passed, we will hand the baton over to you to monitor your system. If at any time you identify any potential issues or have any questions, we’re always available to talk.
